Conditions

1. General

  • These terms apply to all sales and services provided by ANC Motors.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and in-store.

2. Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicles are sold as described in the sales agreement or invoice.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase.

  • Any representations or warranties made verbally must be confirmed in writing to be valid.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. This deposit is generally non-refundable after 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

  • Full payment must be received before delivery or handover of the vehicle.

  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card, financing through approved lenders.

4. Finance and Part Exchange

  • Finance is available subject to status, terms, and credit checks by third-party lenders.

  • Any part exchange vehicle must be owned outright by the customer or the relevant finance settlement must be disclosed at the time of valuation.

5. Delivery and Collection

  • Vehicles can be collected from our premises or delivered (fees may apply).

  • Title of ownership passes only upon full payment and signed transfer documentation.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Vehicle come with either 1 month or a 3 month statutory warranty depending on the vehicles age and mileage

  • Wear and tear items (e.g. brakes, tires, wipers, cosmetic issues) prior to purchase are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Vehicles purchased are generally non-refundable as were do not provide a “cooling off” period unless agreed otherwise.

  • Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days unless otherwise specified.

8. Servicing and Repairs

  • All service work is performed by qualified technicians. Any repair or service issues should be reported immediately.

  • If a warranty applies, any repairs must be carried out by or approved by ANC Motors.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, mechanical failures, or other issues unless caused by our negligence.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance before driving the vehicle away.

10. Data Protection

  • Customer information is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required for financing, registration, or legal compliance.
